| Purpose | Each year each member of the Federation Executive Council
selects three nations to support over the new program year.
This support ranges from providing counsel, serving as a listening post, being a conduct of issues from Nation to Federation, helping steer a Nation through troubled (big) waters, and/or just being there whenever a little extra help is needed to keep things running smoothly. |
